Scoutmaster Tom Coscia
grew up in Clayton, Missouri and also earned his Eagle in Troop 21. Woodbadge trained and a Vigil Honor member, Tom became Scoutmaster in 1991. Since then, he has had over 115 Scouts earn the rank of Eagle. He has also earned the District Award of Merit and the Scoutmaster Award of Merit. In 2009, Tom was recognized with the Silver Beaver, the highest award given at the council level. He is a firm believer in “growth through travel”, taking the troop multiple times from canoeing in the Boundary Waters to sailing in the British Virgin Islands; from backpacking at Philmont to zip-lining in Costa Rica.
